Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1(one) to 2(two) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, if applicable.
Licenses and Software tools do not involve shipping as the details will be sent via email. Therefore, providing an accurate and correct email address and tel/mobile number is critical.
It is important to note that based on the current COVID-19 conditions around the world, some potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal services problems are outside of our control.
License Key Availability & Turnaround Time
Depending on the software license, the license is generated by the vendors and process according to the order it is received. The license will be made available based on the following prerequsites set by the Vendor.

Products Lead Time
This involved hardware where most vendor uses Just-In-Time Manufacturing to produce the products. The lead time will vary depending on each vendor and the products.
International Shipping
Please note that currently, we do not ship to P.O. Box or internationally.
Orders Dispatch(for hardware)
We may dispatch individual items from different warehouses from our suppliers/vendors so you may receive your order in multiple deliveries.
Please remember that all our deliveries will require a signature.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Shipping estimates on our website give an indication of when the item will be dispatched from our warehouse for delivery. For example, items that show:
- “In stock” are estimated to be dispatched for delivery and ready for delivery after confirmation of payment in one to two business days
- “Ships in 14 – 28 business days”are products which are not immediately available from local stock, and ship from vendor’s factories. Please note this is an approximate shipping date only.
How do I check the status of my order?
Please allow 48 hours after you placed the order before checking the status of the order. You may email us if you require to check the status of your order at e-store@dts-asia.com with the order number, your full name and date of purchase.
